Order process
At KNGONE we offer thoughtful service throughout inquiry - ordering - payment - shipment - after-sales Clients could import the spare parts along with vehicles or by courier if the parts are needed urgently. For ordering, clients could select what they need from the Spare parts catalog or from the Recommended list that we will present for their reference. Our after-sales service
KINGONE vehicles are sold with free spare parts or Warranty, differ from ranges of vehicles and the way preferred by clients.
For free spare parts, we offer free spare parts account for 2%-3% of FOB value.
For warranty, we offer 40,000km/ 2years warranty for Engine, Gearbox, A/C, Front axle and Rear Axle. In the case of warranty, client should just file for it with photos and description of the faulty parts. After investigation, replacements should be offered for free of charge.
