Warranty and Free Spare parts

KINGONE vehicles are sold with free spare parts or Warranty, differ from ranges of vehicles and the way preferred by market or clients.

For free spare parts, typically, we offer free spare parts account for 2%-3% of FOB value, differ from ranges of vehicles. The free spare parts that offered could be shipped along with the shipment of vehicles.

For warranty, we offer 40,000km/ 2years warranty for Engine, Gearbox, A/C, Front axle and Rear Axle.
In the case of warranty claim, client will file for it with pictures and descriptions of the faults. After investigation, replacements are to be offered for free of charge.
